FTS Driver App

An application for monitoring the real-time status of GPS tracking devices.

Designed for drivers, this app facilitates the submission of various work reports. It synchronizes seamlessly with the company's Web Console, ensuring work data is more precise and comprehensive, covering the following areas:

1. Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)

This menu manages assigned delivery routes. It displays your current location via the GPS device or Mobile Tracker, alongside destination points. It also allows for real-time delivery status updates.

2. Maintenance Menu

This menu logs vehicle maintenance tasks. Data is stored and reports can be generated through the Web Console, categorized into the following types:

- Refueling

- Maintenance/Service

- Vehicle Condition Check

- Repair Items

3. Mobile Tracker Menu

This menu pinpoints the driver's location using their mobile device's GPS (instead of a dedicated hardware tracker). Location data is transmitted and stored while tracking is active and can be paused. This data integrates with other menus like TMS and Vehicle Tracking, and summaries/reports can be viewed on the Web Console. The Mobile Tracker requires the following permissions:

- Always Allow Location Access: Enables background GPS location requests for convenience without needing the app open.

- Physical Activity Recognition Access: Uses motion data to optimize GPS polling for better efficiency and battery saving:

1. Still Mode: Requests GPS every 5 minutes (Power Save) or 1 minute.

2. Working (Walking): Requests GPS every 1 minute.

3. In Vehicle: For high accuracy in distance and speed calculation, GPS data is collected every second but transmitted at 1-minute intervals.

**Power Save Mode activates after being 'Still' for over 5 minutes and deactivates upon 'Working' or 'In Vehicle' activity.

4. Vehicle Tracking Menu

This menu displays real-time location from GPS or Mobile Tracker devices, along with work statuses. It also provides access to historical data in formats such as:

- Device Information

- Notification Settings

- Daily Travel Summaries

- GPS Movement Data at customizable intervals

- Additional data from installed equipment like MDVR or TPMS (if available)

Furthermore, data collection and usage policies are accessible in the user account menu:

- Terms and Conditions

- Privacy Policy

- Cookie Policy
