Chains of Eternity Season Release Date
The global version of AFK Journey will unlock the Chains of Eternity season on January 17th.
For other regions and game versions, the season's availability depends on your server's age (at least 35 days old) and the following prerequisites:
- Reach Resonance level 240.
- Complete all pre-season AFK stages.
Meeting these conditions and having a server older than 35 days ensures you'll access the new season on the official release date.
What's New in Chains of Eternity?
Beyond a new map and story, Chains of Eternity introduces several new heroes and bosses to AFK Journey:
- Lorsan (Wilder)
- Elijah and Lailah (Celestial)
- Illucia (Dream Realm boss)
Other significant seasonal changes include a daily cap on AFK progress, Paragon level adjustments, and Exclusive Equipment modifications. Paragon levels will have a much greater impact, and upgrading Exclusive Equipment from +15 to +20 receives a substantial boost. This means investing in existing Supreme+ units yields higher returns, though the investment cost increases significantly beyond +15.
