Year 1 Content Roadmap
Assassin’s Creed Shadows (AC Shadows), released over a month ago, continues to evolve with developer Ubisoft’s planned updates. On May 1, Ubisoft shared its Year 1 roadmap on Twitter (X), detailing new story and gameplay additions.
Among the highlights are free Story Drops, delivering fresh content to enhance the game. Ubisoft notes, “These complimentary quests will bring new player abilities, allies, world activities, and deeper insights into beloved characters, enriching the core experience with each update.”
Ubisoft also highlighted the upcoming DLC, The Claws of Awaji, set to launch later this year. This expansion introduces the Awaji island, a new region to explore post-epilogue, featuring new enemies, abilities for both protagonists, and an exclusive weapon for Naoe.
