Even with high Speech skills, being unclean imposes a debuff, making persuasion significantly more challenging.

Keeping Henry squeaky clean is achievable through three primary methods: troughs, bathing spots, and bathhouses.

Troughs

Trough Troughs are readily available throughout the game world, typically found near buildings and shops in towns and outposts. Interacting with a trough allows Henry to wash his face, removing some dirt and blood. Note that this method only cleanses Henry's face and doesn't affect his clothing.

Bathing Spots

Bathing spots, usually located near larger bodies of water like rivers and ponds, offer a more thorough clean than troughs. Simply entering the water will partially clean both Henry and his clothing. An example location is west of the Nomads’ and Cumans’ Camps in the Trotsky region. While better than troughs, it won't achieve perfect cleanliness.

Bathhouses

For the most effective cleaning, visit a bathhouse. Found in larger towns, these require a small Groschen payment. A bathhouse provides the most thorough cleaning, removing all dirt and blood from Henry and his clothing, leaving him completely refreshed and ready to face the challenges of *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*.
