Hazelight Studios promises an exciting two-player cooperative adventure that pushes even further beyond their previous work. The developers highlight captivating locations, a rich narrative, and numerous tasks designed to deepen immersion.
In addition to the main campaign, players can explore side stories filled with unexpected twists. These additional quests introduce new environments and unique activities that offer even more reasons to dive into the world of Split Fiction.
Fans are already calling this project one of the most anticipated co-op experiences of the year.
Three years after It Takes Two’s debut, Hazelight released a major patch for their cooperative adventure game in May. The full list of changes was published on Steam by the developers. The shift toward the core Steam player base is particularly noteworthy— the game no longer requires the EA launcher and is now fully compatible with Steam Deck.
You can now play with your Steam friends by simply inviting them. Steam Family Sharing has also been fully enabled. The developers noted that an EA account is still needed to connect to EA servers, but it’s no longer required for local play using Steam Remote Play.
