Escape Academy is the Epic Games Store's free game offering for January 16th, 2025. This escape-room style puzzle game, developed by Coin Crew Games, is the fourth free title offered by EGS in 2025 and boasts the highest OpenCritic score of any EGS freebie so far this year.
Players can claim Escape Academy for free from January 16th to 23rd, replacing Turmoil in the weekly rotation. This marks the second time Escape Academy has been offered for free on the EGS; however, this giveaway provides a full week of access, unlike its previous, shorter appearance. This timing is particularly beneficial for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, as the game is leaving the service on January 15th.
