Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson), confirmed the November start date to Screen Rant. While her return is confirmed, the full cast remains unannounced, though Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) are expected to reprise their roles. Uggams teased intriguing developments for her character, Betty Pearson, a Vault-Tec executive assistant: "I am with the Vault People, so I didn’t get to see what the Earth people were doing," she stated. "So when it came on, I was blown away. But Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned." A 2026 premiere is speculated, but an official date is pending.
