Forgotten Memories: Remastered Edition Is an Old-School Survival Horror With a Modern Touch!

The chilling survival horror, Forgotten Memories, returns with a remastered edition, now available on Android! Following a brief delay on Google Play, Android users can finally experience this title, which launched on iOS last month.

The Story:

Play as Rose Hawkins, a detective investigating a perplexing case that takes a bizarre turn. Rose awakens in a mysterious, unsettling location and encounters Noah, a woman shrouded in as much mystery as the case itself. Their alliance might hold the key to solving the mystery, but there's more to their connection than initially meets the eye.

What's New in the Remastered Edition?

This remastered edition evokes the classic horror of the '90s, reminiscent of Silent Hill, but with significant enhancements. Expect heightened fear mechanics, high-resolution graphics with HDR lighting and dynamic shadows, and a fully remastered audio experience featuring new voice acting and music.

Gameplay has been refined with improved combat, interactions, and a new checkpoint-based save system. A challenging "Insane" mode and additional achievements add replayability. Best of all, there are no in-app purchases.

The Android Release Delay:

Psychose Interactive's initial submission to Google Play was rejected due to the remastered graphics, specifically the realism of the game's mannequins, which violated Google's content guidelines. After adjustments to mannequin poses and the addition of clothing, the game was finally approved. A major December update with a Christmas theme and a new game mode is already in the works.
