Exercise Surging Storm: Entry Requirements
To join the fray:
- Achieve at least Adventure Rank 20.
- Complete the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue.
- Begin the event at the Knights of Favonius Headquarters in Mondstadt.
Gameplay Overview
The event features intuitive tutorials. Before each wargame, select Combat Units (your troops) and Stratagems (buffs). Units have diverse types (AoE, Flying, Ranged, Melee) with specific counters (e.g., Melee excels against Ranged).
Analyze your opponent's lineup and strategically adjust yours using the bottom-right effectiveness diagram. Remember, lineup changes consume Reinforcement Points – use them judiciously!
- Melee Units: High damage absorption, slow speed.
- Ranged Units: Long-range attacks, low health.
- AoE DMG Units: Damage multiple grouped units.
- Flying Units: Evade ground attacks, immune to certain damage types.
Level up units by re-selecting them for subsequent rounds. Refresh Combat Units and Stratagems for optimal choices. Elemental Reactions function as in the overworld; utilize them strategically.
Even losses yield Wargame Medals, accumulating towards rewards. Winning earns more medals, but consistent participation guarantees rewards, albeit at a slower rate.
