The star of the show, Dark Odyssey, is a free update rolling out on March 20, offering a treasure trove of cosmetic enhancements for all *God of War Ragnarök* players on both PlayStation 5 and PC. This update introduces a sleek, black-and-gold aesthetic that will make Kratos and his companions stand out as they navigate the rich tapestry of Norse mythology. Not only does Kratos get a new look, but Atreus and Freya also receive their own unique cosmetic sets, alongside a variety of revamped shields and weapons.
The centerpiece of the Dark Odyssey collection is undoubtedly the new appearance and armor set for Kratos, reminiscent of a legendary skin from *God of War 2* that was exclusively awarded to players who conquered the game on God Mode. Players can easily claim this exclusive content from any Lost Items chest in the base game or directly in the roguelike Valhalla mode once the update is live.
