January 2025's PlayStation Plus Lineup: Suicide Squad, Need for Speed, and The Stanley Parable
PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim three free games this January: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. These titles are available until February 3rd, 2025.
This month's selection includes the controversial Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, a 2024 release from Rocksteady Studios, weighing in at a hefty 79.43 GB on PS5. While its initial reception was mixed, PlayStation Plus members can now experience it without cost.
Completing the trio is Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered (31.55 GB on PS4), a PS4-only title playable via backward compatibility on PS5, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe (5.10 GB on PS4, 5.77 GB on PS5), boasting native versions for both consoles. The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe offers enhanced accessibility and content warnings compared to its 2013 predecessor.
To download all three games, PS5 users will need approximately 117 GB of free storage. Sony is expected to announce February's PlayStation Plus games towards the end of January. Throughout the year, further additions to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalogs are anticipated.
