Warhorse Studios has exciting news for fans of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2: official mod support is on the horizon, promising to enrich the medieval world of Bohemia with player-created content. The developers, known for their acclaimed open-world RPG, shared their plans through a brief post on Steam. While specifics such as a release date remain under wraps, Warhorse Studios has confirmed their intention to integrate modding tools via Steamworks, allowing players to "create, tweak, and expand" the game to their heart's content. Although unofficial mods are already popular on platforms like Nexus Mods, the official teaser featuring Henry with a striking Zebra mount and a fish sword hints at the creative possibilities ahead.

Since its launch earlier this month, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 has captivated the gaming community, making Warhorse's announcement of some pretty serious post-launch plans no surprise. In addition to the mod support on Steamworks, players can look forward to three expansions in 2025. The journey continues with the "Brushes with Death" expansion in the summer, followed by "Legacy of the Forge" in the fall, and "Mysteria Ecclesia" in the winter. These expansions will deepen Henry's narrative, while free content updates will introduce features like Hardcore Mode and Horse Racing.
