Murderworld Mayhem in Marvel Contest of Champions
Arcade, the master of twisted amusement parks, has arrived in The Contest, unleashing his deadly Murderworlds. These aren't your average theme parks; they're designed for both entertainment and annihilation. Arcade aims for a high body count, challenging Champions to survive his lethal games or even team up to defeat him.
Spotlight on New Champions: Patriot and The Leader
The Raft, the Battlerealm's maximum-security prison, is in lockdown due to a gamma radiation incident. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot, who's in deep trouble. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced intellect is wreaking havoc, controlling both heroes and villains.
Patriot (Eli Bradley), grandson of a classic Super Soldier, and co-founder of the Young Avengers, joins the fray on July 18th. His legacy precedes him.
On the villainous side, The Leader (Samuel Sterns), a former chemical plant worker transformed by a gamma explosion, arrives on August 1st. His genius intellect has been used for evil, making him a formidable foe and the Hulk's arch-nemesis.
