Scheduled for Saturday, May 3rd, from 3pm to 5pm local time, this Raid Day promises a plethora of benefits for participating players.
The return of Mega Kangaskhan is particularly exciting for players since this Pokémon is typically region-locked. If you're looking to complete your Kanto Pokédex, this is your golden opportunity! To support players, the Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 20, effective from 5pm PDT on Saturday, May 2nd, until 8pm on May 3rd.
Participants will receive five additional Raid Passes by spinning Gym Discs, and there will be an enhanced chance of encountering a Shiny Kangaskhan during Mega Raids. Whether you're aiming to complete your Pokédex or strengthen your Pokémon team, diving into this Raid Day is definitely worthwhile.
Naturally, you can purchase an Event Pass for $4.99 or its regional equivalent, which will unlock further rewards. With this pass, you'll receive eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs, totaling up to 14 daily. You'll also have the chance to earn Rare Candy XL, gain 50% more XP, and receive 2x Stardust from Raid Battles.
Additionally, there's a free Timed Research available. Completing it will earn you 10,000 Stardust, and participating in a Raid Battle will grant you an additional 1,000 Stardust, along with other rewards. Be sure to claim these before 5pm local time on May 3rd!
