The festive cheer of Monopoly GO's Jingle Joy Christmas-themed album, which ran from December 5, 2024, to January 16, 2025, is drawing to a close. Throughout this period, players have been immersed in collecting holiday stickers, engaging in special events, and amassing a variety of holiday-themed tokens, shields, and emojis.

During this time, it's common for players to end up with duplicate stickers. Even after trading these spares, you might find yourself with some left over. In Monopoly GO, these duplicates are transformed into Stars. If you're curious about what happens to these Stars once the Jingle Joy album concludes, keep reading.

What Happens to Stars At the End of Jingle Joy Sticker Album?

As the Jingle Joy album wraps up, all sticker sets and the "Stickers for Rewards" section will be reset entirely. If you have accumulated unused Stars, there's no need to worry. Any remaining Stars not used to open a vault will be automatically converted into much-needed dice rolls, with a maximum conversion of 700+ Stars for 750 dice.

However, if you have more than 700 Stars, the excess will unfortunately go to waste. It's wise to use these Stars to open vaults and maximize your rewards before the new sticker album begins in Monopoly GO. You can access three different safes in the Stickers for Rewards menu, each offering different rewards:

Remember to keep at least 700 Stars to take advantage of the conversion bonus of 750 Dice Rolls at the start of the next sticker album. Use your extra Stars on the more affordable safes to squeeze out additional dice rolls.

How To Get More Stars in Monopoly GO

When you collect a sticker you already have, it turns into a duplicate. The number of Stars you earn from these duplicates depends on the sticker's rarity. For instance, a duplicate of a common sticker will only net you a few Stars, whereas a duplicate of a rare sticker, like a Gold sticker, will yield a more substantial amount. Generally, Gold stickers are worth double.

To maximize your Stars, it's best to avoid opening vaults unnecessarily. Instead, wait for a Sticker Boom event and strategize to make the most of your rewards.
