The remarkable performance of Monster Hunter Wilds is hardly unexpected, given its explosive start on Steam, where it soared past one million concurrent players during its opening weekend. This surge not only propelled Wilds to become the 7th most-played game ever on the platform but also contributed to Steam reaching a record-breaking 40 million concurrent users for the first time.
