Square Enix Announced NieR 15th Anniversary Special Novel
During the NieR 15th Anniversary livestream on April 19, Square Enix made several exciting announcements for fans of the franchise. One of the highlights was the introduction of an online Special Novel titled [U]ndecided Option. This novel will be released in three parts, with the first part already accessible. The subsequent updates are scheduled for April 25 and May 2. The novel's synopsis teases, "Such a 'servant' meets a mysterious boy with a mysterious air and is guided."
In addition to the novel, Square Enix has launched a dedicated 15th Anniversary website. This site will serve as the central hub for the online special novel and other upcoming projects and events related to the anniversary celebration.
Exhibition, Concerts, Merchandise, and More
Square Enix is set to host an exhibition at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro, Japan, showcasing new artwork featuring protagonists from Replicant, Automata, and Re[in]carnation. Further details on tickets and other information will be shared soon.
The NieR: Orchestra Concert 12024 will extend its performances to Osaka on July 25 and 26, and Tokyo on August 2 and 3. Tickets for these concerts are available through a lottery system, with more information accessible on the concert's official website.

The introduction of this developer blog has sparked curiosity among fans, with many wondering if it hints at a sequel or remake, though no official confirmation has been provided yet.
