Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!

Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)

This in-person event, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, will take place in Los Angeles' Rose Bowl Stadium and New Taipei City's Metropolitan Park. Trainers can explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) featuring Unova Pokémon, including shiny Deerling variants.

Ticket holders can participate in Masterwork Research to encounter Shiny Meloetta, hatch Shiny Sigilyph and Bouffalant, and potentially find shiny Pikachu with unique hats via Field Research. Legendary Raids will feature Reshiram and Zekrom, while Druddigon, Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott will appear in other raids with increased shiny rates.

Tickets are available now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei). Add-on ticket options provide extra bonuses. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8, respectively), with booths and team lounges offering merchandise and relaxation areas. A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will also take place March 1-2.

Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)

Join Professor Willow and Eevee for a city-wide adventure in Hong Kong and São Paulo! This event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time.

Ticket holders receive an Eevee with an explorer hat, which can evolve into various forms while retaining the hat. The "Eevee Explorers Expedition" earns a second explorer hat Eevee. Special Pokémon like Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, and Clamperl will appear, with others hatching from eggs (Oricorio, Swablu, Skiddo). Location-specific Pokémon encounters are also planned.

Maps will be provided, and Pikachu or Eevee visors (first-come, first-served) will help trainers stay cool. Tickets cost R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong, with add-on options available.
