League of Legends has been tapping into its musical roots in recent years, from the unforgettable soundtrack of Arcane to the quirky blend of idols and MOBA warriors in K/DA. Now, the fan-favorite set in Teamfight Tactics is set to return at 5PM PT today (which will be tomorrow for UK readers) with Revival: Remix Rumble, available until July 29th!
So, what's the deal with Remix Rumble? This music-themed set introduces new augments that enhance specific characters. For instance, K/DA champions benefit from the Mesmerising Performance and Rap Queen augments, among others, which not only boost their effects but also add unique twists to the gameplay.
The current Teamfight Tactics set will seamlessly integrate with the new set revival! The opening encounters will feature Hacks, a core mechanic from the Cyber City set. These encounters might include Ahri, who boosts your Headliners to appear as one level higher, Akali, who enhances Headliner champions with an additional trait level, and Zac, who introduces the Cyber City hacks to your gameplay!
Mashup Alongside these exciting returns, the much-anticipated Revival Ladder is making a comeback. This progression system allows you to unlock new ranks and rewards based on your skill and gameplay style. Additionally, an event pass is available for 975 RP, offering a variety of Remix Rumble-themed rewards and introducing a new little legend, the Pentakill Siege Minion, to your collection.
While Teamfight Tactics may differ significantly from the traditional League of Legends in terms of genre and gameplay, it certainly captures the fun and excitement of the iconic MOBA on mobile platforms.
