S8UL Secures Spot for India at Pokémon Unite WCS Finals

S8UL earns chance to represent India at Pokémon Unite World Championship Series
Team bounces back from Asia Champions League setback to claim top spot
S8UL set to compete in the USA at WCS Finals this August

Esports fans have plenty to cheer about, with PUBG Mobile’s PMGO finals approaching and Pokémon Unite’s competitive scene gaining momentum. S8UL has clinched a spot to represent India at the World Championship Series after dominating the regional Qualifiers.

For S8UL, this victory is a redemption arc. After an early exit in the Pokémon Unite Asia Champions League, the team faced doubts but has now secured their place at the WCS Finals in the USA this August.

The India Qualifiers were a rollercoaster. S8UL stumbled in their opening match, dropping to the lower bracket. Undeterred, they powered through, defeating Team Dynamis, QML, and rivals Revenant XSpark to claim victory.

Proven Track Record

S8UL’s success is no fluke—they previously represented India at the 2024 WCS. Unfortunately, visa issues prevented them from competing in Honolulu.

With U.S. travel restrictions still a concern, the team is likely cautious. Fans hope S8UL will avoid similar hurdles and shine at the WCS 2025 Finals this summer.
