Good news for Gundam fans! Despite a radio silence since 2022, SD Gundam G Generation Eternal is far from cancelled. A network test is on the horizon, opening up 1500 spots to US players!
Applications are now open until December 7th, giving 1500 lucky participants exclusive early access from January 23rd to 28th, 2025. This marks the first opportunity for US players to experience the latest installment in this beloved strategy JRPG series.
This SD Gundam title lets you command a massive roster of iconic mecha pilots from across the Gundam universe in strategic, grid-based battles. The sheer number of mecha and characters featured is legendary within the franchise.
While the Gundam franchise is globally recognized, the equally popular SD Gundam line might be less familiar to some. "Super Deformed," these charming, stylized mecha kits were once even more popular than the original designs!
US Release on the Horizon
The newest SD Gundam game is sure to excite long-time fans. However, Bandai Namco's releases for the series have had a somewhat inconsistent track record in the past. Let's hope SD Gundam G Generation Eternal (quite the mouthful!) proves to be a high-quality addition to the franchise.
