Earning the Golden Moonlight Skin
The Golden Moonlight skin is a reward for achieving Gold tier in Competitive mode. Reaching Gold III is sufficient; Gold I or II isn't required. Furthermore, subsequent rank decay to Bronze after obtaining Gold doesn't affect eligibility.
