Users must present their electronic ticket on their phone for inspection by fare control officers or the driver upon request.

Your electronic ticket is valid until you reach the final stop and can be found in the "Valid Tickets" section. Past e-tickets are available for review under "Travel Details."

Reasons a payment from your phone balance might fail include:

- The number is a corporate line;

- An outstanding trust payment;

- No account top-ups since the number was activated;

- The initial balance has not been depleted;

- The SIM card was replaced within the last 24 hours.

Passengers can open a free virtual transport card in the app. Self-service registration is available for standard and school virtual cards. For other subsidized cards, please visit a service office with the required documents.

You can top up your virtual transport card using its number directly within this mobile app or through other applications like Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (Homebank), and more.

System permissions used by the app:

1) Camera - to scan QR codes and power the QR scan feature.

2) Location - to display accurate city maps, automatically detect your bus for simpler fare payment (by matching GPS data), and build routes from your location to any destination. You can input stops via the map or by typing addresses. The routing algorithm includes transfer options.
