Ford Mobile Vehicle Diagnostics

Ford DiagNow delivers diagnostic capabilities in a compact, user-friendly package that allows you to quickly resolve vehicle issues without needing a full-scale scan tool or laptop.

With the Ford DiagNow app, you can:

• Read and decode the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for specific model details
• Retrieve and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from all equipped electronic control modules
• Access live data parameters directly from your vehicle
• Run real-time vehicle network monitors
• Perform key programming\*
• Pull factory keyless entry codes\*
• View service bulletins and messages related to DTCs retrieved from the vehicle

All of these features are available on most Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury models from 2010 onwards.

Requirements:

• A valid Ford Dealer or Ford Motorcraft account with an active Ford DiagNow subscription is required
• Ford VCM Lite interface needed to connect the vehicle for diagnostics
