How to Complete All Arata Stages in GHOUL://RE
Mastering all three Arata stages in GHOUL://RE requires dedication and a lot of Reputation grinding. While the stages themselves aren't overly complex, they demand a significant investment of time and effort.
Arata Stage 1 in GHOUL://RE
To kick things off, you need to amass 25,000 Reputation points and reach the rank of Special Investigator within the C.C.G. organization. Head to the Commission of Counter Ghoul (C.C.G. center) and locate Damiro D. Mado on the second floor. He'll task you with collecting 10 one-eyed fragments and 10 Kokuja fragments.

The quickest way to gather these fragments is by defeating bosses like Eto and Tatara, and then crafting them at a crafting table. To check your Reputation, speak with Saiyo Natsuki, the NPC in a black suit and tie. Once you have all 20 fragments, convert them into five one-eyed Kokuja fragments at the crafting station. If bosses pose a challenge, refer to our GHOUL://RE Boss and Raid guide for tips.

After collecting the fragments, return to Damiro, who will direct you to speak with "him". This mysterious figure is none other than Black Reaper of Doom And Despair, a key NPC in the GHOUL://RE community.

Arata Stage 2 in GHOUL://RE
For Arata stages 2 and 3, you must switch to permadeath (PD) mode to unlock the legendary armor. It's advisable to team up with reliable allies, as solo missions can be frustrating.
Once you've accumulated 100,000 Reputation points, head to the elevator in the C.C.G. building and go to the Laboratory. There, you'll find Black Reaper of Doom And Despair next to the door, dressed in a black suit and holding a scalpel.

Hand over the five one-eyed Kokuja fragments and your 100,000 Reputation to complete Stage 2 and acquire the Arata-Proto armor. Despite rumors suggesting lower Reputation requirements, our experience confirms that 100,000 Reputation points are necessary for guaranteed success.
Remember, you must play Arata Stages 2 and 3 on PD servers to progress. Failing to do so will result in repeated responses from the Black Reaper, preventing you from completing Stage 2 and accessing Stage 3.
Arata Stage 3 in GHOUL://RE
The final Arata Stage also involves Black Reaper of Doom And Despair, requiring a one-eyed Kakuja fragment and 500,000 Yen. In PD mode, visit the C.C.G. building and pay the Black Reaper to be teleported to the Kishou Arima boss.
Defeating Kishou Arima requires at least average gaming skills, involving a lot of jumping, dodging, blocking, and dealing high damage. While challenging, with practice, even average players can triumph.

Be prepared for potential deaths during this encounter. Each retry requires an additional one-eyed Kakuja fragment and 500,000 Yen. Upon defeating Kishou Arima, you'll unlock the Stage 3 Arata-Proto armor, which offers powerful buffs but also drains your hunger at an alarming rate.
Arata Armor Tips & Tricks
Arata-Proto Armor Buffs
While wearing Arata armor, you'll experience significant benefits, such as immunity to ragdolling and increased tankiness. However, it drains your hunger rapidly, and you cannot eat while wearing it. If your hunger depletes during combat, the armor will start consuming your health, so be cautious, especially in boss fights.

Reputation Grinding
The fastest way to grind Reputation is by fighting bosses in PD mode, earning 1,500 Reputation per kill, compared to 500 outside PD. Killing Ghouls yields only 100 Reputation points, making them less efficient for Arata quests.
Congratulations! You're now equipped with the knowledge to conquer all Arata Stages in GHOUL://RE. Before you start your journey, don't forget to grab the latest GHOUL://RE codes to boost your gameplay from the start.
