Be Born a Male
Kicking off the challenge with the simplest task, being born a male can be achieved by starting a random life and hoping for the best, continuing with an existing male character, or opting for a custom life where you can select male as your gender. Your birthplace isn't crucial, but if you have access to job packs and the Crime Special Talent, consider choosing it. This talent boosts your chances of success in the final task and reduces the likelihood of incarceration.
Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years

Once you've grown up and steered clear of legal troubles, graduate from high school and head to the full-time job listings to find the Mail Carrier position. If you have a clean record, securing this job should be straightforward.
If the Mail Carrier job doesn't appear immediately, take any job to earn money in the meantime and check back after aging up. It may take a few attempts due to luck, but perseverance pays off. Once you land the job, hold onto it for at least 15 years, which you can monitor through the challenge tracker at the top of your screen.
Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings
These tasks can be tackled simultaneously. Navigate to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any hook-up option presented. You won't know if your partner is a mother, but by hooking up with multiple women each year over a few years, you're likely to complete this task.
To increase your chances of having children with flings, opt not to use a condom during hook-ups. Be aware, however, that this also heightens your risk of contracting an STD, which you can treat by visiting a doctor or, if fortune favors you, through prayer. Keep hooking up until both tasks are checked off, and you might even earn the Lustful Ribbon along the way.
