Castle Duels: Tower Defense has officially launched globally following a June 2024 soft launch in select regions. Update 3.0 introduces exciting new features, challenges, and adventures.
What's New in Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0?
The biggest addition is the highly anticipated clan system! Team up with other players, trade units, send clan-wide rewards, and access a dedicated clan store. Clan functionality unlocks at Arena 2.
Prepare for battle in the new Clan Tournament! Teams of five compete to complete daily quests the fastest for top rewards. This competitive mode is available from Arena 5.
Unit Overhauls and Name Changes
Several units have received significant updates:
- Raphael is now Angel, shifting from damage boosting to health restoration.
- Knight of Light is now Risen.
- Forestlord is now Woodbeard.
- Riding Hood is now a long-range damage dealer.
- Golem's ability range has been reduced to better reflect its melee role.
- Fighter now focuses on defense, with a new ability to repel opponents and reduce their damage.
Visual upgrades have also been applied to several units (Pirate, Alchemist, Poison Frog, Combat Engineer, and Vampire), enhancing their appearance, particularly at higher merge levels.
