Begin by starting the "In Vino Veritas" quest in Kuttenberg. Head to the west side of the city, where you'll meet Casper Rudolf offering free wine samples. He tasks you with gathering information to improve his wine.

You have two paths to acquire the necessary wine knowledge: you can either impress Havel directly with your wine expertise or retrieve Casper's book from Adleta and study it. If you choose to approach Havel directly, ensure you're wearing fancy clothes and are clean. During your conversation with Havel, select "Germany," "Steinberger," and "It’s missing ginger" as your responses to obtain the information Casper needs. Once you've gathered the information, return to Casper and share your findings.

Access the Vineyard

Casper then directs you to infiltrate a vineyard north of Kuttenberg to learn more about the incense Havel mentioned. To avoid trespassing, follow the main road into the vineyard and speak with the recruiter, who will initiate the "Under the Straw Hat" quest. Continue along the road past a guard and locate Jerome sitting on a bench. Inform Jerome that you've been instructed to report there, and he will provide you with details about working at the vineyard.

Working at the Vineyard

Your job at the vineyard starts the next day, so rest at an inn and return in the morning. You can choose to work by moving sacks and picking Thistle around the vines, or you can focus directly on acquiring the secret incense. The incense is stored in the wine cellar of the main building, accessible from the area where you met Jerome. Accessing the cellar requires either a lockpick or stealing keys from Jerome.

Inside the cellar, locate a chest and collect all the Sulphur Wicks it contains, fulfilling the main objective of the quest. Optionally, you can also gather seedlings from a room across the main building's entrance, which can increase your reward. Remember, accessing these areas is considered trespassing, so act swiftly to avoid detection.

If you complete your assigned tasks, visit Jerome at the end of the day to receive your pay. Otherwise, return to Casper with the Sulphur Wicks and any seedlings you've collected to complete both the "Under the Straw Hat" and "In Vino Veritas" quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*.
