To unlock this feature, head to the **Carpenter’s Shop** located in the Eastern Road area. You can purchase the expansion as early as your first year, but there are significant prerequisites.

First, you need to help the town reach **Rank 55** by accumulating enough Renown points. Additionally, you must complete the **Stone Refinery repair quest**, which also requires Town Rank 55 to unlock. These steps are interlinked, ensuring a coordinated progression in the game.

Visit the Carpenter’s Shop on the Eastern Road, northeast of Mistria’s town center. From the main menu, select ‘Farm Expansion’ at the bottom to view the requirements.

You'll need **40,000 Tesserae** to cover the monetary cost. This can be a time-consuming process, so focus on gathering resources, farming, and completing quests. Regularly visit the Mines, fish, and contribute to the Museum to accumulate Tesserae.

Next, you'll require **50 x Refined Stone**. To obtain this, you must first repair the **Stone Refinery**, which necessitates reaching Town Rank 55 and repairing the **Inn** beforehand.

Lastly, you'll need **50 x Hard Wood**, which is relatively easier to acquire. With a **Copper Axe**, you can harvest Hard Wood from the large tree stumps around your farm and beyond, each yielding 2 x Hard Wood. Alternatively, you can purchase this from **Balor’s Cart** on certain days or earn it by contributing to the Museum.
