You can procure Trap Tools by visiting the Provisions Stockpiler NPC at your Base Camp. Engage in a conversation with him and browse his inventory until you spot the Trap Tools, priced at 200 Zenny each. It's wise to stock up on several if you're planning to farm specific monsters or aim to capture every creature in the game.
Remember, Trap Tools are exclusively available for purchase at Base Camp and cannot be scavenged from the wild like other resources.
How to Use Trap Tools
