Supergiant Games has unleashed the Olympic Update, its first major update for Hades 2. The developers are actively seeking player feedback to refine the changes. This substantial update introduces a new area, weapon, characters, animal familiars, and more!Key additions in this monumental update include:

Hades 2, the eagerly anticipated sequel to Supergiant Games' acclaimed 2020 title, is currently in early access. The full release, including console versions, is slated for next year. Since its May PC early access launch, Hades 2 has garnered praise for its replayability and extensive content. This first major update adds significant playtime with new dialogue and voice lines, culminating in the addition of Olympus—the mythical home of the Greek gods and Zeus's throne.
The update also refines various Nocturnal Arms and Abilities, such as the Witch's Staff, Sister Blades, Umbral Flames, and Moonstone Axe Specials, enhancing Melinoe's adaptability. Her Dash has been improved for speed and responsiveness, allowing quicker escapes from attacks. However, enemies have received upgrades to match.
Mount Olympus introduces new enemies, including Wardens and a Guardian. Existing Surface enemies have also undergone adjustments:
