David Koepp, the screenwriter behind the iconic 1993 "Jurassic Park" film, has brought a long-awaited sequence from Michael Crichton's original novel into the new movie, "Jurassic World Rebirth." In an interview with Variety, Koepp shared that he revisited Crichton's novels to immerse himself back into the Jurassic universe, as there is no new novel serving as a direct source for this sequel.

Koepp admitted to incorporating elements from the books, including a specific sequence from the first novel that was initially intended for the 1993 film but was ultimately excluded due to space constraints. "There was a sequence from the first novel that we’d always wanted in the original movie, but didn’t have room for," he explained. "We were like, ‘Hey, we get to use that now.’"

While Koepp kept the details of this sequence under wraps, it has sparked significant speculation among fans. Various scenes from the novel have been suggested as potential candidates for this mysterious addition to "Jurassic World Rebirth."
