Today's reveal also highlights some unique features of the set, including the introduction of Summons, which are Magic's first-ever Saga creatures that players can summon for aid in battle. The Summon: Shiva card in the gallery is a perfect example of this new mechanic. Moreover, the set brings back double-faced cards, as seen with Cecil's dual sides: Dark Knight and Redeemed Paladin.

The Final Fantasy set will boast over 100 legendary creature cards, including 55 legendary borderless cards illustrated by beloved artists from the Final Fantasy series. This set is fully draftable and Standard-legal, set to launch on June 13. Alongside the main set, four preconstructed Commander decks will be released, each themed around a different Final Fantasy game: 6, 7, 10, and 14. Each deck contains 100 cards, blending new Final Fantasy cards with existing cards featuring new Final Fantasy art.
