Marvel Rivals Unveils New Stats, Top Heroes Revealed

NetEase has recently unveiled a treasure trove of data for Marvel Rivals, giving fans a detailed look at character performance across various game modes over the first month since the game's launch in early December. The game has quickly become a standout success for NetEase, and with the anticipation building for Season 1, the developer is sharing insights into the most and least picked heroes, as well as those with the highest win rates.

Season 1 of Marvel Rivals is set to be a thrilling chapter with the introduction of The Fantastic Four. Fans can look forward to Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman joining the roster at the launch of the season, with The Human Torch and The Thing following suit later on. As we approach this exciting new season, NetEase has released the "Hero Hot List," highlighting which characters have been the most popular and successful in both Quickplay and Competitive modes.

Marvel Rivals Most Picked Heroes

  • Jeff the Land Shark - Quickplay (PC and Console)
  • Cloak & Dagger - Competitive (Console)
  • Luna Snow - Competitive (PC)

Jeff the Land Shark has emerged as a fan-favorite, securing the top spot for the most picked hero in Quickplay across both PC and console platforms. In the competitive scene, Cloak & Dagger leads on consoles, while Luna Snow dominates on PC.

However, when it comes to win rates, it's Mantis who reigns supreme. This Strategist hero boasts an impressive win rate of over 50% in both Quickplay and Competitive modes, with 56% and 55% respectively. Following closely behind are characters like Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock. As Season 1 kicks off on January 10, these statistics are expected to shift with the introduction of new content and balance changes.

On the other hand, Storm has struggled to find her footing in Marvel Rivals. The Duelist character has faced criticism for her underwhelming damage and challenging playstyle, resulting in a dismal pick rate of 1.66% in Quickplay and a mere 0.69% in Competitive. However, hope is on the horizon for Storm enthusiasts, as NetEase has announced significant buffs for her in the upcoming Season 1, which could revitalize her presence in the game.
