Medea, classified as a 5-star rarity character, treads the Path of Destruction. She excels in combat by delivering powerful Imaginary-type damage. Her unique mechanic allows her to sacrifice her own health to unleash devastating attacks on a chosen enemy and those nearby. Furthermore, Medea can activate a "Fury" state, which shields her from fatal blows. Instead of being defeated, she exits the "Fury" state and regains health, making her a resilient and tactically valuable addition to any team.
With the Version 3.1 update, Medea will be accessible through her dedicated character banner. Her introduction not only enriches the diverse world of Honkai Star Rail but also opens up new strategic avenues and team-building possibilities for players.
