We first learned about the development of Silent Hill f in the fall of 2022. Since then, information has been limited, but that's about to change this week. KONAMI is gearing up to host a special presentation focused on the project, scheduled to begin on March 13 at 3:00 PM PDT.
To refresh your memory, Silent Hill f is set in 1960s Japan. The story is being crafted by Ryukishi07, a celebrated Japanese writer known for his work on the visual novels Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Umineko no Naku Koro ni, both of which have achieved cult classic status.
Konami has previously stated that the game will bring a fresh perspective to the Silent Hill series by merging traditional psychological survival horror with elements of Japanese culture and folklore.
While the recent release of the Silent Hill 2 Remake was met with positive feedback, dedicated fans of the series are eager for something entirely new. Although we don't have a release date for Silent Hill f yet, we won't have to wait much longer for more updates.
