⚫︎ SHIFT UP, the developer behind Stellar Blade, teamed up with JND Studios to launch pre-orders for hyper-realistic 1/3 scale figures of characters EVE and Tachy. The Dual version, priced at $3,599, sold out within minutes, while limited stock remains for the individual EVE figure at $2,199. These stunning statues are set to release in Q3 2026.

⚫︎ JND Studios will craft officially licensed, hyper-realistic figures of Stellar Blade's protagonist Eve and the eighth boss Tachy. Announced in July 2024, JND confirmed the selected characters on April 8, 2025. These collector's items are slated for release later in the year.

⚫︎ During the latest State of Play, Shift Up revealed that Stellar Blade will hit PC platforms in June 2025. Alongside this announcement, they confirmed the launch of the Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLC in the same month, featuring a new boss battle, collectible dolls, stickers, and a fresh outfit.

⚫︎ Kicking off the new year, Shift Up Studio gifted each employee a PlayStation 5 Pro console and a collective bonus of ¥1,000,000 (approximately $32,000). This gesture follows the successful 2023 launch of Stellar Blade, their debut console title on PS5, which garnered positive reviews, robust sales, and multiple Game Awards nominations.

⚫︎ Stellar Blade's Eve clinched the Best New Character award at the PlayStation Blog's Game of the Year 2024 Awards. Eve outshone strong contenders like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Jane Harrow, Dragon Age: The Veilguard’s Emmrich Volkarin, and Rise of the Rōnin’s Ryoma Sakamoto. Notable write-ins included Metaphor: ReFantazio’s Strohl, Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail’s Wuk Lamat, and Helldivers 2’s General Brasch.

⚫︎ Stellar Blade is set to celebrate the holidays with an event in Xion starting December 17, 2024. The city square and The Last Gulp will be adorned with festive lights, a Christmas tree, and seasonal decor. New BGM tracks "Dawn (Winter)" and "Take Me Away" will enhance the in-camp ambiance, while a holiday-themed mini-game offers players a fun diversion and rewards.

November 26

⚫︎ Shift Up released a patch to address issues from the Stellar Blade x Nier Automata update. This free update, which included Nier Automata-themed cosmetics and a new Photo Mode, was popular but caused crashes and missing outfits. The hotfix improves Photo Mode stability and ensures all Nier Automata outfits are restored for players who completed the necessary in-game challenges.

⚫︎ On November 11, 2024, Shift Up’s technical director Donki Lee announced two major updates for Stellar Blade. The free update (version 1.009.001) introduced four new outfits, an accessory, expanded lip-sync support, and a new photo mode. Additionally, the first paid DLC, a crossover with NieR: Automata, was launched, a collaboration between directors Kim Hyung Tae and Yoko Taro, reflecting the influence of Automata on Stellar Blade.

⚫︎ Despite high hopes, Stellar Blade did not make the cut for Game of the Year at The Game Awards, sparking discussions on social media, particularly regarding the inclusion of Elden Ring's DLC. Stellar Blade, however, received nominations for Best Action Game and Best Score and Music, acknowledging its outstanding gameplay and soundtrack.
