Unlocking the Fire Seal in Fields of Mistria: A Guide

With the March 10 update for *Fields of Mistria*, players can now access the Fire Seal by clearing the preceding altars. To unlock this seal, you'll need to gather four specific items: a Faceted Rock Gem, Rockroot, an Emerald, and a Sealing Scroll. Here's a detailed guide on how to obtain each item and successfully unlock the Fire Seal.

Where to Find Faceted Rock Gem in Fields of Mistria

The Faceted Rock Gem, a crucial artifact, can be discovered within the mines of *Fields of Mistria*. Ensure your game is updated, and navigate to Floors 50-59. Our team located the gem on Floor 56, but be prepared for some digging. This item is relatively rare, so you might need to spend some time exploring these floors. Use your pickaxe or shovel to dig up the gem from marked spots on the ground.

Where to Find Rockroot in Fields of Mistria

Rockroot, a common forageable, is also found between Floors 50-59 in the mines. This dark, root-like plant is easily recognizable. If you're a regular miner, you might already have this in your inventory. If not, keep an eye out for it as you explore these levels. You'll only need one Rockroot to fulfill the Priestess' altar requirement.

Where to Find Emerald in Fields of Mistria

Emeralds are the most straightforward items to acquire for the Fire Seal offerings. These can be found in the mines on Floors 50-59 within Emerald geodes. They are quite common, so if you haven't stored any, you should be able to collect them quickly. Alternatively, you can find Emeralds by breaking large boulders around Mistria or purchase them at Balor's Wagon for a reasonable price of 200 tesserae. With the March 2025 update, you can also craft Emeralds at the new Stone Refinery location.

How to Get the Sealing Scroll in Fields of Mistria

The final item needed to break the Fire Seal is the Sealing Scroll, which is tied to a specific quest. After discovering the seal, meet with Juniper to start the quest, then recruit Balor to procure the scroll. This service comes at a cost, requiring you to gather:

• x10 Silver Ingots
• x10 Rubies
• x10 Sapphires
• x10 Emeralds

If you haven't collected these items yet, you can find them in the mines. Once you have everything, deposit the items in the bin by Balor's Wagon to receive the Sealing Scroll.

Unlocking the Fire Seal

With the Sealing Scroll, Faceted Rock Gem, Emerald, and Rockroot in your possession, return to Floor 60 of the mines to make your offering. This action will unlock the Fire Seal, granting access to a new biome and additional content during the Early Access phase of *Fields of Mistria*.
