Android Gamers Rejoice: Enigmatic Point-and-Click

In a world brimming with video games, finding a truly unique experience can be challenging. My Father Lied, however, stands out with its compelling narrative. This mystery/Lovecraftian puzzle adventure captivates with its intriguing story, a testament to its independent development journey.

My Father Lied: An Indie Developer's Vision

The game's creation story is fascinating. Ahmed Alameen, the developer, initially pursued writing and filmmaking. A collaborative game idea with a college friend fizzled, but the core narrative remained. Alameen, teaching himself 3D modeling and Unreal Engine, embarked on a solo development journey, bringing his vision to life. Even the game's title was a collaborative effort with his wife.

Unraveling the Mystery

My Father Lied plunges players into a captivating mystery steeped in ancient Mesopotamian myths. Players assume the role of Huda, a young woman grappling with a twenty-year-old question: what happened to her father? The answer, as the story unfolds, proves far from straightforward.

Blending ancient Mesopotamian culture with modern storytelling, My Father Lied offers simple point-and-click gameplay, stunning 2D visuals, and immersive 360-degree images.
