No More Collecting Stage Girls! Revue Starlight Re LIVE Announces Its EOS

It's now official: *Revue Starlight Re LIVE* has announced its End of Service (EOS), with the game's servers scheduled to shut down on September 30th, 2024, at 07:00 UTC. This mobile game, inspired by the beloved anime series *Revue Starlight*, will come to an end after nearly six years on Android devices.

Why Has Revue Starlight Re LIVE Announced Its EOS?

*Revue Starlight Re LIVE* was designed as a direct extension of the *Revue Starlight* anime, continuing the narrative and introducing players to a strategic battle system. Players could either manually control the Stage Girls, utilizing their unique skills, or opt for the auto-battle mode for a more relaxed experience.

The announcement of the EOS for *Revue Starlight Re LIVE* might not come as a shock to many. Over the past five and a half years, the game struggled to maintain its momentum. Signs of its decline were evident through repetitive events, the recycling of assets, and an overwhelming number of costly battle passes. Additionally, the narrative took unexpected turns, such as shifting from The Giraffe to a storyline involving a girl and her toy bear, which didn't resonate well with the player base. It’s worth noting that the shutdown is global, affecting servers in Japan as well.

Despite these challenges, *Revue Starlight Re LIVE* did have its strengths. The game's soundtrack, featuring numerous songs from the anime, was a highlight, as were its stunning 3D graphics and captivating Live2D animations.

Do You Want To Give It A Try?

With the shutdown date approaching, there's still time to experience *Revue Starlight Re LIVE* before it disappears. The developers are committed to making the remaining weeks memorable by introducing several new campaigns. In August and September, players can participate in the 'Thank You For Everything' Campaign, which offers 10 free pulls daily. Additionally, a two-month birthday celebration is planned, featuring two 'New Stage Girl Gacha' events at the start of each month. If you're interested in giving the game a heartfelt farewell, you can download it from the Google Play Store.
