Cyberpunk 2077: How to Romance Panam

This guide details how to romance Panam Palmer in Cyberpunk 2077. This romance is only available to male V.

Prerequisites: Progress to Act 2 and ensure you're playing as a male V.

Key Missions: Successfully completing these missions in the correct order is crucial. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe may prevent the romance.

1. Complete Ghost Town:

This main job introduces Panam. Agree to help her retrieve her car. After defeating Nash, choose "OK. So where’s this hideout?" At the Sunset Motel, select either "To your ride!" or "To what’s ahead!" when toasting. Finally, flirt with Panam by suggesting "Maybe we get just one room?"

2. Complete Lightning Breaks:

This mission involves bringing down a Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices have minimal impact; focus on assisting Panam.

3. Complete Life During Wartime:

After finding Hellman, choose "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault" when confronted by Saul. After the mission, reply to Panam's message with: "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours/days before proceeding.

4. Complete Riders of the Storm:

Head to the Aldecaldos camp promptly (within 24 in-game hours). Choose "We’re chooms, that’s why" and "Yeah, ‘course" when offered rides. After saving Saul, select either "Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired" or "Shitty idea, Panam’s right." In the subsequent conversation, choose flirtatious options leading to a shared motel room and a kiss.

5. Complete With a Little Help from My Friends:

Agree to help Panam. Choose supportive dialogue options during the mission, culminating in a suggestive conversation at the campfire.

6. Complete Queen of the Highway:

Return to the Aldecaldos camp. Choose flirtatious options, leading to a romantic encounter in the Basilisk.

After the Basilisk battle, choose supportive dialogue options. Saying "I can stay for a bit. Thanks" when asked to stay at the camp is crucial.

Post-Romance:

After completing "Queen of the Highway," the romance is solidified. Update 2.1 introduces "I Really Want To Stay At Your House," allowing for further interaction with Panam in V's apartment.
