To dive into this new feature, ensure your *League* client is updated to the latest version. Once updated, navigate to the Play button, select the game type menu, and choose Demon’s Hand. This will launch you into an introductory story sequence before your first round of the card game.

On your screen, the bottom row of cards represents your hand. In the bottom right corner, you'll find your health, coins, and percent crit chance. Just above, there's the Sigil box, which can hold up to six active Sigils, though you'll start with none. Unlike other games, your health isn't restored after each battle. To replenish it, visit tent locations on the map, which will restore a percentage of your health.
The enemy card appears at the top of the screen, with its health displayed in the bottom right and damage in the bottom left. An attack coin to the left of the enemy card indicates the number of hands you can play before the enemy retaliates. On the far left of the screen, a book icon lists all possible attack hands and their base damage for a standard round.

To inflict damage, you'll play poker hands, each with unique names in Demon’s Hand but following traditional poker rules. The pinnacle of these hands is The Demon’s Hand, which is equivalent to a royal flush. Below is a comprehensive list of hands you can play, along with their poker counterparts and base damage:
- Solo = High Card (10 Base Damage)
- Dyad = Pair (20 Base Damage)
- Dyad Set = Two Pair (40 Base Damage)
- Triad = Three of a Kind (80 Base Damage)
- Tetrad = Four of a Kind (100 Base Damage)
- March = Straight (125 Base Damage)
- Horde = Flush (175 Base Damage)
- Grand Warhost = Full House (400 Base Damage)
- Marching Horde = Straight Flush (600 Base Damage)
- The Demon’s Hand = Royal Flush (2000 Base Damage)
In addition to the base damage, the numerical value of each card contributes to the total damage dealt. However, if the enemy possesses a special ability negating a specific suit, cards of that suit will be marked as invalid, and their numerical value won't be added to the base damage.

Spice Up Your Attacks with Sigils
Sigils add an extra layer of strategy to your gameplay. These are acquired during store phases, indicated by coins on the map. You earn coins by defeating enemies, which you can then spend to purchase Sigils. Each Sigil boasts a unique ability, viewable by hovering over them in the store or during a round. Some Sigils enhance specific hands, like amplifying the damage of Dyads, while others might extend the number of turns before an enemy attack or reduce incoming damage.
That wraps up your guide on how to play the Demon’s Hand card game in *League of Legends*. If this minigame isn't your cup of tea, keep an eye out for the upcoming April Fools skins to enjoy in Summoner’s Rift.
