Embark on the side quest "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* by heading to Miskowitz in the Kuttenberg Region, just west of Kuttenberg City. This quest will put your blacksmithing skills to the test, so prepare to get your hands dirty.
How to Finish Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Speak with Martha
Martha awaits you in the house attached to the forge, located in the southeast part of Miskowitz. Enter the house and strike up a conversation, inquiring if she requires assistance. She'll mention needing someone skilled in the art of blacksmithing. Respond with, “I’m a blacksmith! I’d be glad to help,” to accept the quest "Hush, My Darling."
While you're there, if you haven't yet, you can also speak with the bailiff about Matthew from the Dry Devil's group. Conveniently, the bailiff is right next to Martha, serving as a useful landmark to find her as well.
Craft Horseshoes
Screenshot by The EscapistYou might already have the necessary items for this part of the quest. You need two Farmer’s Horseshoes, which you may have crafted earlier to level up your blacksmithing skills. If you don't have them, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to create the horseshoes. Once crafted, return to Martha with your handiwork.
Find Victoria
Screenshot by The EscapistMartha informs you that the horseshoes are meant for Victoria and volunteers you to deliver them, advancing the quest. Victoria's residence is a short distance south of the forge. Upon arrival, you'll find her home empty and a troubling scene—blood on the floor. Investigate the blood by interacting with the prompt to move forward in "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Return to Martha to report your findings, and she will suggest checking Sigismund’s camp for Victoria.

Sigismund’s Camp
Screenshot by The EscapistHead south from Opatowitz to reach Sigismund’s camp. While en route, keep an eye out for Matthew if you're also pursuing the Dry Devil quest. Once at the camp, locate the blacksmith and inquire about Victoria. He'll recall a soldier named Black who showed interest in her. Black is currently ill and can be found in the infirmary tent.
Screenshot by The EscapistTo get information from Black, you'll need to provide him with a Digestive Potion to treat his food poisoning. If you don't have one, craft it and return to administer it. After waiting a couple of hours for the potion to take effect, Black will disclose that he spoke with Victoria and suggested she might have headed into the eastern woods. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump.
Victoria is distressed, so engage her in conversation about the situation. Your dialogue choices here won't impact future events, but if you made Black promise to look after Victoria, you can pass that message along, which will uplift her spirits.
This conversation marks the completion of "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Now, you can either continue with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
