HoYoverse has unveiled the exciting details for the upcoming Honkai: Star Rail version 2.4 update, set to launch on July 31st under the title 'Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue.' This update is brimming with new content, so let's delve into what's in store for players.
What’s New In Honkai Star Rail Version 2.4?
The Astral Express is set to embark on a journey to a new map, The Shackling Prison, located in Xianzhou Luofu. This update also allows players to explore the workplaces of characters Xueyi and Hanya, adding depth to the game's immersive world.
Two new characters, Yunli and Jiaoqiu, will join the roster in Honkai Star Rail version 2.4. Yunli, a 5-star Destruction unit, will be introduced in Phase 1 starting July 31st, alongside returning characters Huohuo, Lynx, Yukong, and Hanya. Phase 2, beginning on August 21st, will feature Jiaoqiu, a 5-star Nihility unit, along with the comeback of Sparkle, Arlan, Guinaifen, and Hook.
The update also introduces two new 5-star Light Cones. Yunli's signature Light Cone, Dance at Sunset of The Destruction path, will be available during Phase 1, while Jiaoqiu's signature, Those Many Springs of The Nihility path, will be accessible in Phase 2. Tons Of Events And Features Are Lined Up!
The version 2.4 update is packed with engaging events and new features. Players can look forward to a new Trailblaze Continuance Mission, exploring the Xianzhou Luofu area known as The Shackling Prison, and experiencing Yunli’s Companion Mission. Additionally, the Gift Of Odyssey check-in event offers 10 Special Star Rail Passes.
The Saga of Primaveral Blade event introduces a unique storyline where players train March 7th alongside Yanqing and Yunli to prepare for a duel against the IPC’s Scott. Participating in this event rewards players with Stellar Jade, Self-Modeling Resin, a new chat box style, Tracks of Destiny, and the Hunt March 7th’s Eidolon.
Other notable events include the Garden of Plenty and Planar Fissure, which provide double drops for Golden and Crimson Calyx and Planar Ornaments. To join in on the action, you can download Honkai: Star Rail from the Google Play Store.
