After escaping the Vatican's underground, use your journal's map to locate the Fountain of Confession in the exterior courtyard.

Stage 1: The Dragon Statues:

Retrieve the fountain key from the chest near the construction area.
Access the storage room using the key and use your whip to reach the fountain's top.
