Reclaiming your horse

It's possible to reunite with your original horse, Pebbles. Travel to Semine in the south and speak with the horse trader. However, retrieving Pebbles isn't straightforward. You'll need to either pay Groschen, persuade him, or intimidate him into relinquishing your horse. During my playthrough, aligning with Radovan the blacksmith and acquiring new, more noble-looking clothes allowed me to persuade the trader to return Pebbles without payment, although this slightly impacted my reputation in Semine. If persuasion fails, you'll have to pay.

How to Steal a Horse

Alternatively, you can acquire a horse through less legitimate means. While wild horses are rare, farms and stables offer opportunities. Stealing, however, carries the risk of being caught.

Stealing a horse

I recommend visiting Vidlak Pond in the west. A farmhouse belonging to fishermen provides access to two horses. Simply mount one and ride away.

Next, head to the Nomads' Camp east of Vidlak Pond. The horse trainer NPC there can teach you how to saddle and tame your stolen horse, though you'll need to pay for their services. Alternatively, you can forgo this step and ride the horse untamed.
