Finding Lord Semine’s Sword: A Wedding Crashers' Tale
Radovan reveals the sword—crafted from the Hermit’s Sword—is missing. He saw a man in yellow acting suspiciously. Your hunt begins with finding this yellow-clad individual.
Questioning those in yellow yields little, but one points towards the stable's upper level. There, you find Hans, romantically involved, but innocent of the theft. However, Hans witnessed Svatya, the bailiff's son (and the bride's brother!), taking the sword. While Hans can't say where Svatya hid it, he directs you to confront Svatya.
Confronting Svatya
Svatya is easily located near the musicians playing for the wedding guests. He's drinking by the stable wall, and the sword is clearly visible. Svatya confesses to stealing the sword, motivated by resentment towards Old Semine. His plan was to embarrass Old Semine, but he didn't anticipate the repercussions. He reveals he tossed the sword into the pond.
Retrieving the Sword
The pond is near Radovan’s location; a door in the fence leads to its edge. The sword is visible in the water; retrieve it. Return to Radovan. You can choose to reveal Svatya's actions or simply focus on retrieving the sword. Once the sword is returned, the wedding ceremony commences. Complete any time-sensitive tasks before speaking with Radovan, then celebrate the nuptials and proceed to the next main quest.
