Together We Live Is a New Visual Novel with a Deep Story About Humanity’s Sins

Kemco has released a new visual novel exclusively on Android: Together We Live. This poignant story unfolds in a post-apocalyptic world, exploring themes of human sin and the arduous journey of atonement. Already available on Steam for PC, this title offers a compelling narrative experience.

A Girl Atoning for Humanity's Sins

Together We Live introduces Kyoya, whose journey begins unexpectedly. He awakens in a dimly lit room, discovering it's the year 4000—nearly two millennia from his last memory. Earth is a desolate wasteland, and his only guide is a mysterious girl burdened by a heavy mission.

This girl is trapped in a brutal cycle of repeated death and rebirth, endlessly atoning for humanity's sins. Witnessing her suffering, Kyoya is moved to teach her about happiness.

The narrative's pacing may initially feel slow, but once the story gains momentum, earlier seemingly insignificant details become crucial, leading to surprising twists and turns.

Together We Live: A Thought-Provoking Experience

Unlike many visual novels, Together We Live features a linear storyline without player choices. Its simple yet charming art style complements the narrative's blend of beauty and sorrow. The game's haunting atmosphere is enhanced by the fully voiced protagonist. Currently available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, the game lacks controller support. It's priced at $9.99 on the Google Play Store, or free for Google Play Pass subscribers.
