Marvel Snap's newest season, Prehistoric Avengers, plunges into a thrilling prehistoric era, introducing new versions of iconic Avengers. Prepare to encounter the first Sorcerer Supreme, Agamotto; Firehair, the original Phoenix host; and many more! This season isn't just about new characters; it also unveils a groundbreaking new card type: Skills. These cards, representing actions and abilities rather than characters, are Banished after use, possessing no Power but lower Energy costs.
Ever wondered about the Avengers' origins, Odin's pre-Thor activities, or Agamotto's identity? Prehistoric Avengers answers these questions and more. While not their first appearance, these prehistoric heroes are now collectible cards! Collect the first Black Panther, Firehair, Agamotto, Khonshu, and others, each boasting unique and powerful abilities.
Agamotto's arrival introduces the new Skill card type. These cards, when played, are permanently removed from the game ("Banished"), offering strategic advantages despite lacking Power. Their lower Energy costs make them highly valuable.
Two exciting new locations join the fray: the Star Brand crater, granting extra Energy to the player with the highest power there; and the Celestial Burial Ground, allowing you to discard a card and replace it with another of the same cost. This season also includes new Spotlight Caches featuring top-tier cards, both old and new, along with fresh variant card art. The electrifying High Voltage mode returns, adding a new dimension to your matches.
