Monopoly Unveils Valentine's Day Update with New Rules and Quiz

With Valentine's Day on the horizon, Marmalade Game Studio and Hasbro have unveiled an exciting update for Monopoly on Android and iOS. Dive into the spirit of love with a special Valentine’s Day event packed with limited-time content that enhances your digital board game experience.

Monopoly's festive update introduces an engaging quiz that matches you with one of four unique Monopoly tokens, each symbolizing a different form of love. After matching, you can enjoy a 24-hour trial with your chosen token. If you decide to keep it, the token will be available at a discounted price post-trial.

The event also brings a revamped set of House Rules to accelerate gameplay. Features like Quick Hotels allow you to construct three houses instead of the usual four, while Quick End concludes the game after the first player goes bankrupt. Additionally, Quick Jail enables you to exit jail on your first turn, and Starting Title Deeds hands out three random properties to each player at the game's start. To keep things moving, the update also skips tax, Chance, and Community Chest spaces.

Enhancing the romantic theme, new Cupid-inspired tokens are now available. The Sweethearts bundle, featuring two cherub tokens, adds a charming touch to your Valentine’s Day gameplay.
